divides her time between writing poetry, short fiction, and letters to the council about tree pruning. Her short stories appear in journals and anthologies, including Best Australian Short Stories 2011 and Permission to Lie (Spineless Wonders, 20111). Her poetry appears in Best Australian Poetry 2011 and 2012 as well as in print and online literary journals. Puncher & Wattman published her first poetry collection, ‘Linen Tough As History’ and ‘Darger: His Girls’ was shortlisted in the Western Australian Premiers’ Award and won the Alec Bolton Award.
